Background
----------
Quindil grew up in a remote forest, in a tribe of elven hunters.  The hunters were the stewards of the forest, watching over it and in general protecting it from all manner of nasty, unnnatural, and occasionally undead things.  However, Quindil had a somewhat more global view than that of his kin, and set off into the world to see what he could do to help on a larger scale,  He received extensive training, both while growing up and through trial by fire later in life.  The nature of his home forest demanded both the ability of hide amongst the shadows and to go toe-to-toe with any foe and Quindil quickly found that he preferred the sneaking part to the standing part.  He is generally good humoured but tends to be both confrontational and sarcastic, especially with those outside his sphere of acquaintances.  And while he's a reasonably sharp elf, his mind does tend to...
